These days, there are many labels for children who don’t seem to fit in to the normal flow of life and/or school activities. How can they – and we – stay present, so that they can find their unique place, rather than being excluded or given punishments? What insights can guide our responses and innovation? What tools can help us get through the more challenging times? Kris Boshell will speak from more than 9 years of Educational Support and Extra Lesson work in private and public charter Waldorf schools. Kris has both Waldorf Grades and Remedial teaching certifications from Rudolf Steiner College (RSC) and an MA in Psychology (Depth) at Sonoma State University. She currently serves as Grade School Chair and provides Education Support at the Chicago Waldorf School.
