Jeff Spade

Jeff Spade is the Music Director at the Rudolf Steiner School in New York City, 1996-2002, and 2012 to present. In addition to The Steiner School, he has also served as the Music Director at Chicago Waldorf School (2005-2012) and Kimberton Waldorf School (1988-1996). Jeff has also worked as a guest teacher, mentor, and consultant in Waldorf Schools from coast to coast. In addition to working in the classroom and conducting choirs and ensembles, Jeff is a composer (“Eureka! The Life and Times of Archimedes: A Musical Play in One Act” for grades 5-12) and a teacher of teachers, having led music curriculum and singing classes at several Waldorf teacher training programs.
