Deja Williams

Deja Williams is a passionate proponent of using the education system to nurture equity and social justice, conscious citizens, and leaders of the world. She has worked in education for over 13 years, enhancing school programming to represent all people and lived experiences. Deja has also worked in non-profit organizations bringing empowering education to the adult homeless population in New York City. Currently,  she is the Director of Equity at the Brooklyn Waldorf School where she is working to seamlessly integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into all aspects of the pedagogical model.
